Hospital Floor Technician / Discharge Cleaner ($15/hour)
We are hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for Floor Technician and Discharge Cleaning roles in a healthcare environment. This position involves deep cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms to ensure a safe, sanitary, and high-quality environment.
Pay Rate- $15 per hour
- 2nd Shift Floor Technician
- 2nd Shift Discharge Cleaner (Part-Time & Full-Time)
- 3rd Shift Discharge Cleaner (Part-Time & Full-Time)
- Clean and disinfect non-occupied patient rooms (20–30 minutes per room)
- Perform deep cleaning, including wiping all surfaces and sanitizing thoroughly
- Make beds, including flipping mattresses
- Remove linens and place them into large bags for disposal via chute (lifting required)
- Clean isolation rooms following strict safety procedures
- Mop floors using string mops and hospital sanitation standards
- Wear protective equipment (gown, mask, etc.) when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Work is inspected by supervisors using fluorescent light and visual checks
- Must consistently meet high cleanliness and sanitation standards
- 5 days per week + rotating weekends
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Housekeeping

Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
