Field Service Technician

AGS is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help keep the game going.

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete paperwork and reports promptly, with detail and accuracy.
• Provide best‑in‑the‑business customer service to internal and external customers.
• Resolve service incidents quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Track required parts and inventory.
• Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation with other technicians.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain calm in high‑energy environments.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking.
• Experience with electronics/computer networking preferred; gaming experience a bonus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain licensing through Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions.

• Travel to different casinos and customers in the territory.
• Physical requirements:
  
  on feet, walking, standing, sometimes bending and squatting for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
• Work environments may vary, including non–climate‑controlled settings.
