• Move furniture, strip and buff floors.
• Mix and safely use cleaning solutions; store them in a secure area.
• Occasional light housekeeping duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Previous floor technician experience required.
• Ability to communicate tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Regular, predictable, and dependable attendance.
• Knowledge of how to properly use cleaning chemicals in accordance with Safety Data Sheets.
• Use of proper safety equipment and tools to identify safety hazards and to adhere to community safety policies and procedures.
