Project Manager(Janitorial

We are looking for an Project Manger(Janitorial) to support the interior spaces ath the Oklahoma City Main VA Medical Center, Lawton Main Clinic, Lawton North Clinic, and Stillwater CBOC (Clinical Based Outpatient Clinic) in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (5) years' experience in managing large complex teams in the Environmental-Hospital Services industry, specifically with Sanitation teams.

A minimum of the last (2) years shall be in a hospital or other accredited healthcare facility. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service skills is a must. In addition, managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements.

Applicants must be US citizen and must be able to pass a background check performed by the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.
Multiple shifts available at each site, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time;
Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently;
May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
