The Lead Maintenance Technician triages maintenance requests, determines appropriate resolution strategies (in-house versus vendor-supported), and ensures all work is completed in accordance with quality and safety standards.

This position partners closely with Facilities leadership to improve maintenance operations, optimize resource allocation, and support the long-term reliability and performance of building systems.

This position sits within our Oklahoma City based corporate office and requires an onsite presence.

  • Complete light plumbing and electrical tasks, such as replacing fixtures, addressing minor leaks, unclogging drains, and changing lighting components.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, equipment deficiencies, and safety concerns, recommending appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate repair requirements and determine when specialized services or external contractors are needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor activities, ensuring work is completed according to scope, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving facility-related issues involving building systems, equipment, and operational spaces.
  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
  • Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

  • Assist with office moves, furniture installations, facility improvement projects, and other special assignments as needed.
  • Support emergency response efforts related to facility operations, including power outages, water intrusion, and other urgent maintenance situations.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections, vendor services, and maintenance activities.
  • Provide professional customer service and technical support to employees, contractors, and facility stakeholders while promoting a safe and well‑maintained work environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
