Job Description

Looking for experienced team minded wrecker operator with excellent customer service skills to work 24/7 job. Must live within 10miles of Midwest City area and love to help people.

We are currently seeking a skilled Wrecker Operator to join our team. As a Wrecker Operator, you will be responsible for responding timely to emergency towing needs of our customers. This is not just a job it is a LIFESTYLE. We live and breathe to help others in their time of need. We are on call 24/7. Our work life balance is what we can do between calls.

Qualifications
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), with air brake endorsement, and driving record
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive and mechanical systems, and basic knowledge of electrical wiring and hydraulics
  • Good physical fitness and dexterity, as well as the ability to work in adverse weather conditions, under pressure, and in various situations
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stressed-out and frustrated customers
  • Experience operating a wrecker or other large vehicles, and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational or technical training in automotive technology or related field preferred
  • Bilingualism in Spanish or another language is a plus
Additional Qualifications
  • OKTIMS Wrecker Certification
  • CDL
  • 16 Hour DPS Approved Course completion.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Wrecker Operator or in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in using heavy equipment, hand tools and hydraulics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Duties
  • Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
  • Invoice and collect for services, including obtaining purchase orders timely
  • Monitor processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
