Maintenance Technician II

Sares-Regis Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our dynamic Facilities & Maintenance team. As a key member of our staff, you will help uphold the reputation of our properties, ensuring that they continue to meet the high standards associated with our brand. This position demands a proactive individual capable of managing various maintenance tasks with efficiency and a focus on safety and quality living conditions for our tenants.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to appliances, fixtures, switches, and other elements, ensuring all functions are in excellent working order.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring issues are resolved both effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain records of schedules, repairs, maintenance, and replacements. Report any major issues or potential problems to management promptly.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and external contractors when necessary.
• Implement preventative maintenance measures to minimize equipment downtimes and anticipate repairs.
