Summary of Position:

Responsible for daily route of office and commercial environments. This role will assume responsibility for cleaning facilities as directed.

Responsible for ensuring the building and facilities are clean and in orderly condition (light maintenance)
Cleans facility floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them Gathers and empties trash containers

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees using both step and extension ladders

Dust furniture, walls, cubicles, machines and equipment

Clean and service restrooms

Qualifications and Requirements:

Great verbal and oral communication skills

High attention to detail

Active listening skills

Standing or walking – 90% daily

Ability to learn and think quickly

Energetic, outgoing, and positive attitude

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED (required)
Prior custodial or janitorial experience (preferred)
