Responsible for daily route of office and commercial environments. This role will assume responsibility for cleaning facilities as directed.
- Responsible for ensuring the building and facilities are clean and in orderly condition (light maintenance)
- Cleans facility floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them
- Gathers and empties trash containers
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeegees using both step and extension ladders
- Dust furniture, walls, cubicles, machines and equipment
- Clean and service restrooms
- Great verbal and oral communication skills

- Standing or walking – 90% daily
