CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep across our portfolio. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and assist with repairs and renovations as needed.
The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of maintenance experience, with a focus on plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting. On-site schedule, salary $27/hour, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
