You’ll Do
- Tech‑Savvy Tasks: Dive into the technical side—installing, upgrading, and performing procedures on gaming equipment.
- Maintenance Master: Perform preventive and general maintenance on AGS casino products to ensure smooth operation.
- Report Wizard: Complete paperwork and reports promptly, detailed, and accurately.
- Customer Service Champion: Provide best‑in‑the‑business service to internal and external customers.
- Troubleshooting Superstar: Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and raise issues when needed.
- Inventory Hero: Keep track of necessary parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.
- On‑Call Rotation: Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation with your fellow technicians because the game needs support 24/7.
- Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and remain calm even when troubleshooting in high‑energy environments.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- License to Drive: Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Skills:
Problem‑solving abilities with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking. - Experience: Knowledge of electronics/computer networking; gaming experience is a bonus.
- Tools of the Trade: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility: Ability to work a sometimes‑changing schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compliance: Ability to obtain licensing through the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and other gaming jurisdictions as required.
- Adventure Awaits: Travel to different casinos and customers within your territory.

You’ll be on your feet, walking, standing, and sometimes bending and squatting for long periods. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 200 pounds. Work environments vary, so expect to work in different settings, sometimes non‑climate‑controlled.
CompensationThe projected starting salary range is $21–$25 per hour; the final offer may be outside this range. Compensation is based on skills, experience, industry, technical knowledge, and geographic location, and is in compliance with local pay regulations.
