Lead Casino Custodian

Location: West Siloam Springs

This is a leadership position focused on maintaining a pristine environment throughout the casino, including the main gaming floors, corporate offices, and back-of-house areas. The EVS Lead will guide the work of other employees, ensure productivity, and oversee special cleaning projects. In addition to supervisory duties, this role also involves hands-on cleaning, basic equipment maintenance, and assisting guests with their needs.

* Oversees and maintains high standards of cleanliness in all casino operations and venues.

* Trains and coaches EVS Attendants to ensure they efficiently meet cleanliness standards.

* Ensures the productivity of the shift personnel and tracks staff time schedules to ensure proper coverage.

* Performs a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal.

* Identifies and coordinates maintenance repairs with the shift supervisor to ensure timely fixes.

* Performs basic maintenance on EVS equipment such as vacuums, scrubbers, and extractors.

* Assists guests by answering questions and providing directions.

* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred, with at least one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

* The ability to obtain and maintain a license from the appropriate gaming authority.

* Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
