Job Purpose or Objective(s):
You will perform routine maintenance on machines, mechanical equipment, and structures and building. You will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
Primary Tasks:
* You will perform maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems in multiple locations.
* Manage and complete small scale projects, to include developing plans, material lists.
* Assist Team Members with tasks, insuring safety and quality workmanship.
* Paint interior and exterior walls and trim, using paint and painting tools.
* You will assist with general repair and upkeep of machines and equipment.
* Maintain and repair multiple structures, using different hand and power tools.
* Perform preventative maintenance on different machines, equipment, and structures.
* Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic maintenance
* Mechanically inclined
* Knowledge of mowers, tractors, power tools, cutting torches
* 2 years of experience in equipment and building maintenance
