This position is part of our Contents/Cleaning team and involves packing, cleaning, restoring, and managing affected properties and contents.
- Contents Evaluation and Inventory
- Evaluate affected contents
- Create detailed inventories and label items for cleaning, storage, or disposal
- Take photographs of all contents before and after cleaning
- Assist Supervisor with any tasks during the evaluation
- Packing contents for transport
- Carefully pack contents for transport
- Safely load and unload items
- Cleaning and Restoration
- Clean and disinfect items using appropriate methods
- Inspect items after cleaning
- Properly store cleaned items until they are returned to customer
- Documentation and Reporting
- Document all work performed: update inventories and restoration reports
- Safety and Compliance
- Follow Safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Use safe lifting and handling techniques
- Customer Relations
- Respect the customer’s property and privacy
- Maintain professionalism and keep work areas clean
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma/GED
- Driver's License required
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- Software skills preferred – Content Tracker Software utilized
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Possible on‑call and overtime as needed
Compensation$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
