District Manager
Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a District Manager for our client in Tulsa, OK who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.
The Janitorial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and maintenance operations within a shopping mall environment. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing janitorial staff, vendor relationships, and client expectations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $56,000 per year

- Oversee daily janitorial operations including interior and exterior cleaning, restrooms, food court areas, and common spaces
- Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, safe mall environment
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial team members
- Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed
- Ensure proper staffing levels for peak and off-peak hours
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mall management and tenants
- Address concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain cleaning standards and procedures
- Perform routine audits and inspections
- Ensure use of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
- Ensure all staff follow OSHA and company safety policies
- Maintain proper documentation for safety, incidents, and compliance
- Conduct safety training and enforce safe work practices
- Manage labor costs, supplies, and equipment budgets
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning or maintenance services
- Ensure equipment is maintained, repaired, or replaced as needed
