Responsibilities- Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds as directed
- Conducts regular inspections of the life safety systems as directed
- Oversees necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move‑ins
- Ensures the outside of the property is maintained for safety and curb appeal
- Maintains inventory control for general supplies, parts, and equipment for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Responds appropriately to resident or community maintenance emergencies
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in grounds maintenance (lawn and plant care) (preferred)
- Familiar with general maintenance/repair procedures
