Job Overview and Responsibilities

A big part of your job is dealing with customers; enthusiasm and liking people is a MUST! As a service professional you will treat residential homes, interior and exterior, and will interact with customers throughout the day. You will receive your own company truck for service calls.

• Treat residential homes with pest control products (training provided).
• Communicate with your customers throughout the day, ensuring a great experience.
• Adapt your schedule to accommodate cancellations or added appointments; flexibility is required.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ready to work hard and willing to learn.
• Enthusiastic, likable, and able to hold a conversation.

• Full-time position.
• Commission available for sales (sales not required).
• Growth potential: promotions from within.
• Base pay: $2,000–$2,400 per month (with possible bonuses).
• Typical hours:
  Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM;
  Saturday 8 AM–5 PM; flexible.

• Pest control experience: 1 year (preferred).
