Tyson Foods - - Responsibilities:
Direct a maintenance and refrigeration team to plan, supervise, and execute cost-effective, timely maintenance for all equipment;
Administer the Process Safety Management program and coordinate with contractors/vendors or company engineering for equipment modifications or installations;
Troubleshoot and resolve new or different technical problems relating to equipment;
Maintain accurate records and ensure OSHA standards and programs are implemented;
Instruct on the use of personal protective equipment and promote ergonomic improvements in the facility;
Coordinate team member schedules, manage clocking reports and attendance, and lead monthly safety meetings
