Responsibilities- Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC
- Paper hanging and painting
- Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair
- Pool maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Must be available for on-call emergencies
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Must be willing to work independently
- Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Self‑motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude
- Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time
- Must be able to pass a background check
- English‑Speaking
