What a Typical Day Looks LikeEach weekday afternoon, you’ll travel your assigned route to clean and care for customers’ homes. Starting from your own home, you’ll arrive on time, equipped with company-provided tools and a positive attitude. Your work involves standing, moving, and handling cleaning tasks with attention to detail, ensuring each home meets our quality standards. You’ll communicate updates through our scheduling app and collaborate smoothly with the team flow.

- Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, and kneeling
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently while following company standards
- Open to feedback and continuous learning
- Clean and maintain customers’ homes to high-quality standards
- Manage your route efficiently, completing tasks within expected time frames
- Use company tools and a smartphone app to stay updated and communicate
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols consistently
- Collaborate respectfully with team members and supervisors
- Training pay: $12/hour;
Regular pay: $15/hour after training completion - Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, weekdays only (1 pm - 5 pm)
- Weekly earnings typically range from $225 to $300
