Conduct maintenance travel paths and plan preventive maintenance and routine maintenance issues within the restaurant;
Partner with Area Facilities team where issues require additional support;
Help maintain cooking equipment including troubleshooting, cleaning, sanitizing, calibrating, and basic to intermediate repairs;
Conduct basic HVAC support, such as changing air filters and belts, monitoring cleanliness level of the system, and basic cleaning functions;
Maintain fryer system by ensuring oil filtration is completed, fryers are kept clean, and grease deposits or build up is maintained
