Plan and execute preventive maintenance across assigned McDonald's restaurants to keep equipment reliable;
Troubleshoot and repair cooking equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks;
Coordinate with Area Facilities team to schedule maintenance and escalate issues as needed;
Maintain fryer system by ensuring oil filtration, cleanliness, and proper operation;
Cross-train to support the Restaurant Leader or Area Facilities Team as needed
