$19.00 per hour

• Count eggs from each house.
• Load eggs onto trailer - ability to lift 4 flats at a time.
• Transport eggs to egg room using 4-wheeler.
• Unload eggs into egg room and stack onto pallets: wrap pallets, clean egg room, assist egg truck driver to load pallets onto truck.
• Perform same tasks as an egg gatherer, including gathering eggs, cleaning workrooms, emptying trash, walking floors & slats to find eggs & dead birds, helping maintain & clean ranch grounds, cleaning waterers, lights, and tidying the ranch between flocks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good management skills: personnel, organizational skills, conscientious, accepts responsibility, shows interest in ranch management.
• Outstanding motivation: self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
• Good work record.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Must be able to lift & carry 50 pounds.
• Must be able to climb a 12-foot ladder, step into and out of fathering pit (steep stairs), bend over & pick up eggs from floor and walk 1.5 - 5 miles per day.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
