• Develop maintenance schedules for operations by planning plant maintenance activities on a daily and weekly basis.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other tools to coordinate maintenance efforts.
• Work directly with maintenance mechanics, production associates, and leadership to schedule maintenance-related downtime while ensuring maximum production efficiency.
• Demonstrate collaboration by attending weekly and monthly meetings, providing updates on maintenance schedules, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Issue approved schedules along with relevant work orders.
• Audit maintenance schedules by planning and implementing audits to verify compliance.
• Evaluate schedules when they are not followed and prepare audit work papers, documentation, and final reports of findings.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and available resources.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Carry out tasks, communicate progress and relevant information, and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.
• Adapt to and learn from change, challenges, and feedback.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.

• 1 year’s experience in scheduling maintenance activities.
• 2 years’ experience in maintenance.

• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Typing and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP.
