Execute preventive maintenance and repair for restaurant equipment and facilities;
Maintain cooking equipment and fryers including cleaning, sanitizing, and basic repairs;
Perform basic HVAC support (air filters, belts, system cleanliness) and basic plumbing tasks;
Plan maintenance travel paths and coordinate with Area Facilities team for additional support;
Cross-train to support Restaurant Leader or Area Facilities Team as needed
