Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician will assist the Manufacturing Engineer in all Excellerate locations with maintenance tasks.
Minimum RequirementsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
5 years maintenance or related experience, 2 to 3 years metal fabrication experience, and 1 to 2 years welding experience
Travel: 0-25%
Work Schedule:
Between the hours of 6am-6pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited: nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
- Assist in design, line/cell layout and movement, fabrication, installation of specialized tools, equipment, and material handling devices used for manufacturing.
- Assist cell work teams with work station design, fabrication and implementation of manufacturing processes, and improvements.
- Will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing tools and equipment.
- Will assist the Facilities Technician with building repair and upkeep as needed.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineer with design, start-up, and application of equipment and tools.
- Create equipment inspection and repair schedules for preventive maintenance program.
- Train employees on proper and safe use of equipment.
- Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
