Flora Food Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our new dairy facility in Hugoton, KS. This role ensures equipment reliability, safety, and production continuity through PM programs and hands-on leadership.
You will supervise maintenance technicians, manage CMMS workflows, control parts inventory and budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining OSHA and company safety standards. On-site with flexible hours as needed.
