• Performs general cleaning duties throughout the facility, including common areas, offices, bathrooms, and windows.
• Completes daily cleaning tasks, including:
  • Sweeping
  • Mopping
  • Vacuuming
  • Dusting surfaces
  • Cleaning windows
  • Emptying trash bins
• Performs minor maintenance tasks, including:
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Repairing minor leaks
  • Reporting major maintenance issues to management
• Follows safety procedures to ensure the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensures common areas remain free from hazards, such as wet floors and cluttered walkways.
• Receives Hepatitis vaccinations in compliance with legal requirements.
• Inspects common areas to identify damages or repair needs and reports issues to management.
• Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Uses personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
• Operates machinery and equipment safely.
• Reports hazards, near misses, injuries, and accidents immediately.
• Actively participates in safety training sessions and emergency drills.
• Maintains cleanliness in work areas to help prevent accidents and injuries.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of workplace safety protocols.
• Demonstrates awareness of surroundings to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
