Facilities Technician
REPORTS TO:
Facilities Manager DIRECT REPORTS:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility according to current health and safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a safe and functional work environment for all staff and visitors
Ensure cleanliness of facility according to applicable health and safety standards
Manage inventory for all equipment and supplies used by facilities
Perform routine facility maintenance
Report damage and issues to Facilities Manager and/or appropriate personnel
Communicate with appropriate outside vendors as needed
Other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Not Applicable
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of facilities or housekeeping experience
