Preferred Care at Old Bridge is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Old Bridge, New Jersey. As a Maintenance Assistant at our state-of-the-art subacute rehabilitation and skilled nursing center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep of our facility. This includes but is not limited to:

• Performing daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff
• Conducting minor repairs and performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the efficient operation of equipment and machinery
• Restocking and replenishing supplies and inventory as needed
• Assisting with snow removal and other outdoor tasks as required
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the facility
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues
