** Duties:*
* +    Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

+      inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, and repairing or replacing defective parts

+    Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency

+    Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track work orders and document completed tasks

+    Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient operations

+    Provide excellent customer service.

* Qualifications:

* +    High school diploma or equivalent

+    Proven experience in maintenance or related field

+    Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

+    Familiarity with electrical systems.

+    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

+    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+    Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
