Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary;
Keep floors swept, mopped, and polished including courts, exercise rooms, lobby and hallway areas, restrooms, and other areas;
Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork including HVAC registers;
Complete daily assignments in respective areas to meet club standards;
Perform or coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings;
Maintain a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements
