Bastian Solutions is hiring a Conveyor Drive Specialist for customer sites in the Memphis DeSoto County corridor. Focused on conveyor power transmission, you will maintain gearboxes, replace drive chains and belts, align shafts and couplings, troubleshoot motor overloads, and perform vibration analysis to identify failing components before breakdowns occur.
Requirements- 3+ years of power transmission or conveyor drive maintenance experience
- Vibration analysis basics for predictive maintenance
- Knowledge of gearbox types (worm, helical, shaft-mount)
- Experience with chain drives, V-belts, and timing belts
