Position: General Labor (ID #527415)

Warehouse Associates Wanted

Actively seeking applicants in Olive Branch, MS! We are now hiring for warehouse associates. Pay: $18.00 per hour for 8am to 4:30pm and $18.50 per hour for other shifts. Shifts include: 1st Sunday-Tuesday 6am to 6pm, Wednesday partial shift 6am to 12 noon, and D shift Wednesday 12 midnight to 6am, Thursday-Saturday 6pm to 6am. Opportunity to convert to full time after 520 hours.

Job duties:

Loading and unloading in a warehouse environment
Assisting with shipping and receiving products

Job requirements:

Reliable transportation – Must have their own consistent means of transportation.

Employment status – Must currently be employed or have been employed within the past 6 months.

Criminal background – No felony convictions. Misdemeanors may be considered, but violent or theft-related offenses will not be accepted.

Aptitude testing – Must complete and pass an aptitude test with a score of 80% or higher. Results must be submitted prior to scheduling an interview.

Work authorization – Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

Professionalism – Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a presentable appearance are essential.

Shift duration – 12 hours to 6-hour shifts. (AM to PM)

Overtime – Overtime is a condition of employment and employees will be required to work 1-2 additional days per week.

Equipment experience – Dual forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up forklifts required) and RF scanner or WebRF system proficiency.
