** Salary: $23.40 per hour*
* ** Shift: 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm*

** What's a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You'll be:*
* + Repairing or replacing defective equipment parts using hand and power tools, and reassembling equipment

+ Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines and building systems operate efficiently

+ Inspecting drives, motors, belts, and fluid levels, replacing filters, and following maintenance checklists

+ Using a variety of tools, including precision measuring instruments and electrical/electronic testing devices

+ Assembling, installing, or repairing wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and machinery

+ Inspecting, operating, and testing machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions

+ Recording maintenance and repair work details and costs

+ Cleaning and lubricating machinery parts such as shafts, bearings, and gears

+ Dismantling devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools

+ Assisting with light maintenance work and custodial responsibilities in the warehouse

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or GED (required)

+ Possess basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance

+ Demonstrate creativity, strong verbal and written communication skills, and analytical/problem-solving abilities

+ Are a team player with attention to detail

+ Have 0-2 years of maintenance experience (entry-level candidates welcome)

+ Are familiar with basic engineering science and technology applications
