Field Service Engineer - Olive Branch, MS

Step into a role where your technical expertise directly fuels customer success and innovation. As a Field Service Engineer reporting to the Service Team Leader, you'll work handson with cutting edge industrial technologies while supporting customers onsite in Memphis, TN or Olive Branch, MS

• Install and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across supported hardware and software systems.
• Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools and equipment.
• Document all daily work using company systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.

• STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or software related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing (or early career with strong relevant education).
• Strong technical skills in configuring lowcode applications and implementing technologies such as Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
• Excellent problem solving abilities
  , with the capability to use diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and deliver effective training to customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently
  , manage time well, and operate professionally in field based environments.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (with occasional travel to Mexico).

• Primary location:
  Onsite at a customer facility in Memphis, TN / Olive Branch, MS area.
• Frequent assignments to other U.S. and Canada customer sites when not assigned to the primary customer facilities (travel and expenses covered).
• Remote work from home only when not assigned to a customer site
