Hourly Rate: $20.76

Full‑time position located at our Thurston County Walk‑in Medical Clinic and Dental Clinic. The employee is responsible for the daily upkeep of facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive environment for patients, clients and employees. Janitorial and maintenance tasks are performed following general health and safety guidelines.

The mandate includes maintaining the exterior and interior workspace, keeping the parking lot clean of trash and debris, mowing and trimming lawns, hedges, and maintaining garden areas. The employee may also perform simple repairs requiring knowledge of plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work and yard maintenance. Special jobs may require the use of rental equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No formal experience required; experience may be substituted for education.
• Driver's license, auto liability insurance and reliable automobile required.
