Position SummaryFull‑time Maintenance II/Housekeeping at our Thurston County Walk‑in Medical Clinic and Dental Clinic.
The individual will be responsible for the daily upkeep of facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and attractive environment for patients, clients, and employees. Tasks include janitorial and maintenance duties following health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities- Exterior and interior facility upkeep, parking lot waste removal, lawn mowing, bush and hedge trimming, and garden area grounds maintenance.
- Simple repairs such as plastering, plumbing and carpentry, painting, electrical work, and yard maintenance.
- Utilization of rental equipment for special jobs as required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- No formal experience required; experience may be substituted for education.
- Valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance, and reliable automobile.
