Job Description

Express is now hiring for a WABO Certified Welder position at a welding company based in Olympia, WA. This is an evaluation-to-permanent opportunity. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Compensation for this position ranges from $30-$35/HR DOE.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled WABO Certified Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding, with the ability to perform high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and work collaboratively with a dedicated team.

Job Duties:

• Proficiency in using tools such as plasma cutters and oxygen torches
• Experience in fitting and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Must be able to work independently
• Familiarity with working alongside ironworkers and welding to specifications
• Must be teachable and open to learning new techniques
• Ability to use tools such as drills and saws

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of welding experience
• WABO certification required
• Maintain attention to detail in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Arrive on time and demonstrate effective communication skills
• Must pass a drug screening
