We’re looking for a Restoration Technician – Contents who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, jump into action, and be part of a team that takes pride in doing things the right way.

• Load up and organize your work vehicle with all the gear and supplies needed for each job
• Prep rooms and set up equipment like a pro
• Perform content cleaning and restoration services as directed
• Maintain safety at all times
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep projects running smoothly
• Clean up and break down job sites, leaving them neat and professional
• Help keep the warehouse, office, and grounds clean and organized
• Learn about restoration services, equipment, and cleaning products
• Jump in on other tasks as needed – we’re a team, after all

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus, but not required
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Solid communication skills and team‑first mindset

• Lifting 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help)
• Standing, walking, climbing ladders, working overhead, and in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
• Occasional exposure to heat, fumes, odors, noise, and chemicals
• Wearing safety gear, including respirators, when required
