AC Nelsen RV World is currently seeking an RV Detailer to help us clean new and used travel trailers before our customers take delivery. From small campers to 5th wheel units, this position primarily involves both interior and exterior cleaning of the trailer, but trailers are parked outside.
The RV Detailer is responsible for the following:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
- Dusting and washing walls, ceilings, and light fixtures.
- Washing the exterior of the unit.
- Washing and replacing blinds. Moving cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas.
- Removing stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
- May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks at the retail location.
- May also change trash throughout the facilities and pick up debris both inside and outside as needed.
The hours will vary between 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Saturday, up to 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime. Saturday shifts may be rotating.
Requirements What you’ll Need To Be SuccessfulSuccessful RV Detailers will find job satisfaction if you enjoy minor cleaning and have attention to detail. Must be organized, responsible, and able to work independently. This position primarily works outside, so the applicant must be comfortable working in the outdoors. This is considered a manual labor position and the applicant must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
