Division

Position Summary

Provide basic routine cleaning services using defined methods, procedures, and equipment to create an environment that is safe, clean, comfortable, and sanitary for students, faculty, staff, and community members on campus.

Responsibilities
  • Clean classroom, conference rooms, research labs, offices, entrances, stairwells, water fountains, and other areas as assigned.
  • Mop and scrub entryways and hallways, including dust mop, spot mop, and auto scrub.
  • Clean and restock restrooms daily.
  • Vacuum, dust, empty trash, and perform other cleaning duties to assigned areas daily.
  • Perform restorative and project cleaning tasks such as vents, carpet spotting, moving furniture, and other assignments.
  • Clean all equipment after each use.
  • Change light bulbs as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies (flood, etc.).
  • Participate in set‑ups.
Qualifications
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform medium to heavy physical labor.
  • Team player and capable of working independently.
  • Courteous interaction with a variety of people.
  • Background check and drug screen required.
  • Pre‑employment physical assessment required.
  • Written or verbal English proficiency adequate for the job.
Pay

$15.00 – $17.00 hourly with shift differential.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 3:00 am – 11:30 am.

Employment Classification

Full‑Time Equivalency: 100% (Hourly).
