Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We’re looking for a Vending Support Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role supporting our customers’ manufacturing process and capabilities. The role involves installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of tool and MRO industrial vending machines located in customer facilities. Some tasks may be performed remotely, but onsite visits will be required for installations, inventory replenishments and certain repairs.
Travel will be limited to the local area.
- Set up, program, and troubleshoot tool and MRO industrial vending machines
- Answer and respond to multiple calls daily while creating and logging service tickets
- Regularly maintain an accurate inventory for each machine at each customer; remotely via the communicated machine data and onsite as required
- Communicate with all customer personnel in a timely, professional and courteous manner
- Quickly respond to customer demand for replenishment and additional product lines in their VMI programs
- Maintain quality service levels and process efficiencies while providing for continuous departmental improvements
- Effectively coordinate with local Field Sales, Sales Manager, and VMI Manager regarding customer accounts and best practices
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive, sort, and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards
- Assist with other projects and duties when the business needs require
- Travel: 20%
- Must be age 21 or older in order to drive a company vehicle
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives while remaining calm and professional under pressure
- Self‑directed and possesses a high level of productivity and personal organization while dealing with frequent interruptions
- Customer‑centric attitude and a desire to grow with and contribute to a customer‑focused company
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
- Strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
- Proficient use of a Windows computer, Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and Teams
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency

This position is based in our Omaha, NE facility, so only candidates residing in the area will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
