Interact directly with employees to understand their maintenance needs, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer service experience;
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems in a commercial environment;
Document work performed, parts used, and status updates within the ticketing system to maintain accurate records
