• Manage day makers in commercial janitorial accounts
• Manage carpet & hard floor employees
• Manage KB warehouse & fleet
• Quality control of equipment
• Quality control of commercial janitorial add on jobs
• Back-up Employee Relations assistance as needed

• 1+ years in a service oriented position
• 1+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in carpet cleaning & hard floor maintenance preferred

• High school diploma required
• Bilingual required

• Organized
• Time Management
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to Multitask
• Strong Communication Skills

• Microsoft Office Applications
• Standard Office Equipment
