Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils;
Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen;
Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks;
Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas;
Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement
