Position: Housekeeping (EVS) Attendant (Day Shift)- Omaha

Summary

EVS (Housekeeping) Attendant

The EVS Attendant is responsible for the cleaning of all assigned areas, ensuring the areas are clean and well maintained in accordance with established standards during assigned shifts. Pay starts at $16.50/hour. Currently hiring for Day Shift.

Responsibilities
  • Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision, and Values of War Horse Gaming Omaha, LLC.
  • Vacuum, dust, and polish all surfaces.
  • Keep work area, hallways, staircases, and floor landings clean and tidy.
  • Clean restrooms and floors, including vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
  • Stock and sort supplies.
  • Perform general cleaning in assigned work areas, including dusting, polishing, shining, and glass care.
  • Clean administrative offices and conference rooms.
  • Restock restrooms on a scheduled and as‑needed basis.
  • Clean stains and spills on flooring and carpeting as they occur.
  • Safely deliver all lost and found articles to a designated area.
  • Ensure cleanliness meets 5‑star requirements.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Previous related experience in a resort casino environment strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of all cleaning products and proper usage.
  • Ability to obtain OSHA 10 Certification.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Certifications Required
  • OSHA 10 Certification.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Ability to secure and maintain an NE Gaming License.
