National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance crew in the Omaha, Nebraska area and travel extensively throughout the Midwest. This role requires 50% travel, typically nationwide, to support our apartment communities.

Lead crew operations, manage maintenance activities, and coordinate service calls across multiple communities. Travel to sites as required to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

• HVAC EPA or CPO certification (strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of maintenance experience, including 5 years in apartment maintenance
• Dry walling, painting, and carpentry skills
• Electrical knowledge (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

Pay: $65,000 per year

Schedule: Full time, year round. Dayshift hours.
