Apartment Maintenance Technician

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day apartment and facility maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs to ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently.;
Complete work orders promptly and professionally, respecting that you are entering someones home, announcing yourself, and maintaining a courteous, resident-focused approach at all times.;
Handle unit turns when residents move out by inspecting, repairing, and preparing units so they are clean, functional, and ready for new tenants on schedule.;
Support grounds upkeep, including picking up trash, removing pet waste, and maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas and exterior spaces.;
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies and urgent issues as needed.
