Custodian

Position: Custodian (5:00 pm - 1:30 am)

This is a full-time, benefit eligible, job working day hours (5:00 pm - 1:30 am). Monday - Friday is the primary shift. Some weekend hours may be required in addition to the primary shift.

Custodians are responsible for the cleaning and custodial care of buildings and working areas. Uses proper and established methods and materials in cleaning and otherwise caring for building areas. Follows a well-established routine.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED

* Experience preferred

* Attention to detail

* Ability to listen and understand spoken information and ideas

* Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs and lift, push, pull or carry objects.
